We called and were told 'it would be awhile' as the driver was not there. We thought we could take this to the waterpark so we wouldn't have to pay for parking and get dropped off at the front door. In the hotel directory, it stated that they had free shuttle service. He handed me new cards for another room and that was it. No apologies, no upgrades, no free breakfast. We get to the desk and the manager was there. The housekeeper said 'Oh, that happens all the time.' So we trudge all the way back to the front desk, a very long walk with 2 small children. We checked in and got to our room, and it was dirty. I was pleasantly surprised with the renovations. We received a free hotel room offer from the casino, so we decided to stay here.
