I said give me the name of your manager and all of a sudden about 10 minutes later there’s a knock on the door with some sheets blankets, or very light blankets. I called back at 4:30 and I asked her if it would be easier if I went to the lobby to go get them and she told me she was the only one at the front desk and we weren’t going to get blankets basically. We had asked for blankets and she told me OK I’ll get them that was at 4 AM. I started telling her that I was going to get her name and leave a bad review then magically all of a sudden the heater in our room at 5 AM went to 78°. We woke up freezing and called the front desk and she said she put in a work order. All night long the temperature was set to 69°.
